Operating Principle
Compressed air, after being chilled, filtered, and dried, is directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber, causing the material to become fluidized. Accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing to achieve ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported by ascending air currents to the impeller classification zone. Under the influence of centrifugal force from the classifier wheel and the suction power of the fan, coarse and fine particles are separated. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber by gravity for further crushing, while qualified fine particles are carried by the air flow into the cyclone collector. Microscopic dust is collected by the bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
