Working Principle
Compressed air, after being chilled, filtered, and dried, is directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber, causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection of multiple jet streams, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing for ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is then transported to the impeller classification area by an ascending air stream. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the classification wheel and the suction force of the fan, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber due to its own gravity for further crushing, while the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the air stream. The ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
Performance Advantages and Features
Based on the traditional fluidized bed mill design, combined with our unique self-fluidizing grading technology, the performance is superior to that of domestic and international fluidized bed air classifiers.
Low energy consumption, 30% more energy-efficient compared to traditional fluidized bed air classifier mills.
2. Equipped with an internal self分流micron grading machine, particle distribution is concentrated, with no oversized particles in the finished product.
3. The equipment boasts a compact structure and minimal land footprint.
4.粉碎箱 free of residue, with no dead corners, easy to disassemble, clean, and disinfect. Variety change is convenient, meets GMP requirements.
5. Low-temperature, medium-free crushing, particularly suitable for the crushing of materials with low melting points, heat sensitivity, sugar content, and volatile substances.
6. Flammable and explosive materials can be fully enclosed crushed using inert gases as the medium, with the inert gases recycled for low loss.
7. Wide range of crushing particle sizes, finished product particle sizes adjustable from 3 to 180 um; full range of models, with production capacities from 5 to 3000 kg/h available.
8. Vacuum production, free from dust pollution, with excellent environmental conditions.
High level of automation, strong stability, and easy operation.
Application Fields
Widely used in industries such as chemicals, mining, abrasives, refractory materials, battery materials, metallurgy, building materials, pharmaceutical production, ceramics, food, pesticides, feed, new materials, and environmental protection, for ultra-fine pulverization, dispersion, and granule shaping of various dry powder materials.
