The ball valve features a double eccentric sealing structure, offering minimal wear, low torque, excellent sealing performance, and a long service life. 1. Due to the hard-sealed electric ball valve's valve core being spray-welded with alloy steel and the sealing ring being surfacing-welded with alloy steel, the hard-sealed electric ball valve does not produce excessive wear during operation. (Its hardness coefficient is 65-70).
2. Excellent sealing performance; the hard-sealed electric ball valve's sealing is achieved through manual polishing until the valve core perfectly fits the sealing ring. Thus, its sealing reliability is guaranteed.
3. The switch is light due to the spring at the bottom of the sealing ring in the hard-sealed electric ball valve, which tightly grips the valve core. Thus, the switch is very light when the external force exceeds the spring's pre-tension.

【Selection Principles】
1. For the main pipeline of oil and other substances, which requires pipeline cleaning and underground installation, use full-bore, fully-welded ball valves; for above-ground installation, choose full-bore welding or flange-connected ball valves; for branch pipes, use flanged or welded connections with full-bore or reduced-bore ball valves.
2. Pipeline and storage equipment for finished oil use ball valves connected by flanges.
3. Floating ball valves with flange and internal threaded connections are used on city gas and natural gas pipelines.
4. In the oxygen pipeline system of the metallurgical system, it is advisable to use a fixed ball valve with a flange connection that has been strictly degreased.
5. For pipeline systems and equipment handling low-temperature media, it is advisable to use low-temperature ball valves with valve covers.
