It features structures such as twisted pairs, double shielding, overall shielding (or three-wire combinations, grouped shielding, grouped overall shielding), offering low dielectric loss, strong transmission signal capability, and good anti-interference performance. It can reliably transmit weak analog signals and is widely used in computer systems or automation devices for detection and control in power generation, metallurgy, petroleum, chemicals, light industry, and textiles, as well as general industrial computers.
Two, Technical Specifications:
1. Rated voltage U0/U: 300/500V; cable conductor's long-term operating temperature: poly insulation at 70℃ and 105℃; polyethylene insulation at 70℃; cross-linked polyethylene insulation at 90℃ (insulation cross-linking types include silane cross-linking and radiation cross-linking). The installation environment temperature should not be lower than 0℃ during cable laying. The cable is allowed for fixed installation or mobile use in an environment temperature of -40～50℃ with relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
2. Minimum bend radius for cable installation: Unarmored cables should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter, cables with armor should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter, and flexible cables with shielding should be no less than 10 times the cable's outer diameter.
