The cable ground core insulation uses K-type B-class low-density polyethylene with antioxidant properties. The insulation resistance of polyethylene is high, voltage resistance is good, the dielectric constant is small, and the influence of temperature and frequency variations on dielectric loss is also small, which not only meets the requirements of transmission performance but also ensures the service life of the cable. To reduce mutual interference between loops and external interference, the cable uses a shielding structure. The shielding requirements for the cable are determined separately for different situations: twisted pair combined shielding, total shielding of the cable composed of twisted pairs, and total shielding after twisted pair combined shielding. The shielding materials include round copper wire, copper strip, aluminum strip/plastic composite strip.
