Steel Wire Armored Cable WDZ-KYJY33 Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Cable – This low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable is difficult to ignite and has the ability to prevent or inhibit spread. Low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant, fire-resistant control cables: The cable without armor layer should not be less than 6 times the cable outer diameter, and the cable with armor or copper tape shielding structure should not be less than 12 times the cable outer diameter.

III. Cable Structure:

Conductor: Bare copper wire or tin-plated copper wire, solid-core, multi-core braided, or fine strands twisted into bundles, compliant with GB/T 3956 and IEC 60228 *** class (Class A), Category 2 (Class B), or Category 5 (soft structure).

Insulation: Polyethylene (PE), Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE).

Armored sheath: Double steel strip or galvanized steel wire armor, galvanized steel wire braid armor, or copper wire braid armor (the braid density of the layer is not less than 65%).

Shielding Layer: Braided bare copper wire or tin-plated copper wire, wrapped with copper-plastic or aluminum-plastic composite tape, or a combination of braided copper wire with aluminum-plastic composite tape shielding.

Housing: Low smoke zero halogen flame-retardant polyolefin.

Core Wire Identification: Color marking or white numbering printed on black core wire.
