Low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables are difficult to ignite and have the ability to prevent or inhibit the spread of fire. Suitable for applications such as high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, subways, nuclear power plants, tunnels, power plants, mines, oil, and chemical industries. The power cable WDZN-YJY23, a sheathed halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant cable, not only meets the characteristics of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables but also maintains the ability to supply power to lines under fire conditions. Primarily used in fire alarm, fire-fighting equipment, smoke exhaust systems, and emergency facilities such as emergency exit lighting, where fire resistance is required for power lines.
II. Cable Structure:
Conductor: Bare copper wire or tin-plated copper wire, solid-core, multi-core braided, or multi-strand fine braided into bundles, compliant with GB/T 3956 and IEC 60228 Class A (A class), Class 2 (B class), or Class 5 (soft-structured).
Insulation: Polyethylene (PE), Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE).
Armored Sheath: Double steel strip or galvanized steel wire armor, galvanized steel wire braid armor, or copper wire braid armor (the braid density of the sheath is not less than 65%).
Shielding Layer: Braided bare copper wire or tin-plated copper wire, wrapped with copper-plastic or aluminum-plastic composite tape, or a combination of braided copper wire with aluminum-plastic composite tape shielding.
Housing: Low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin.
Core Wire Identification: Color marking or white numbers printed on black core wire.
