The cable materials have significantly improved resistance to aging, ultraviolet radiation, and other forms of radiation, thereby extending the cable's service life. Utilizing structures such as twisted pairs, shielding pairs, overall shielding (or three-wire group twisting, group shielding, and group overall shielding), it boasts low dielectric loss, strong signal transmission capabilities, and excellent anti-interference performance. II. Usage Features: 1. The cable can operate at a long-term working temperature of 90℃. 2. Cable laying temperature should not be below 0℃; Low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant computer cables: metal strip wrap shielding or steel wire, steel strip armored cables should have a thickness not less than 12 times the cable outer diameter; Non-armored flexible cables or woven shielding cables should have a thickness not less than 6 times the cable outer diameter. 3. Long-term allowed operating temperature for the sheath: poly insulation at 70℃, cross-linked poly insulation at 90℃. Key technical features: 1. Conductors of finished cables are straight. 2. At 20℃绝缘 resistance: For cables with rated voltage levels of 3kV WDZ-DCYJ-125, WDZ-DCYJ/B-125, and WDZ-DCYJ/B-150, the insulation resistance should be not less than 1010Ω.km. 3. Finished cables withstand the following AC voltage tests without breakdown: AC voltage test: rated voltages of 500V, 750V, 1kV, 1.5kV, 3kV; tests of 2 kV/15min, 3.5kV/15min, 6kV/15min, 12kV/15min. 4. Combustion gas release test for WDZ-DCYJR-125, WDZ-DCYJR/B-125, and WDZ-DCYJR/B-150 cables: total halogen gas of 5mg/g; pH value ≥ 4.3; conductivity ≤ 10μS/mm. 5. All WDZ-DCYJR-125, WDZ-DCYJR/B-125, and WDZ-DCYJR/B-150 cables undergo a single vertical combustion test.
