1. Computer Cable - WDZ-DJYYP Low Smoke Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Computer Cable: The shielding between each twisted pair of the computer cable should be continuous, as well as between the twisted pair shielding and the overall shielding.
The cores of the cable should withstand 2000V AC for 1 minute or 1500V AC for 5 minutes at 50Hz without breakdown, both between cores and between cores and shielding or other metallic layers.
The insulation of the cable has high dielectric resistance, good voltage resistance, a small dielectric constant, and minimal impact from temperature and frequency variations, which not only meets the transmission performance requirements but also ensures the cable's service life.
To minimize mutual crosstalk between circuits and external interference, the cable must be structured with a shielding. Shielding materials include tin-plated or untinned copper wire, copper strip, copper-plastic composite tape, and aluminum-plastic composite.
With splicing, the metallic tape is produced using the wrapping method. The overlap rate is typically not less than 15%, but specific standards have special provisions, such as TICW/06 specifying the overlap rate for shielding metallic tape.
The minimum should not be less than 25%; the metal wire should be produced by weaving, with a weaving coverage of not less than 80%, and if there is a higher requirement for anti-interference, the coverage may not be less than 90%.
The shielding requirements for cables are individually adopted for different occasions: segmented shielding (only for twisted pairs, with each twisted pair having its own shielding), and overall shielding (a single shielding layer applied only after the cable cores are twisted together).
Total Blocking, Partial Blocking + Total Blocking (including both structures mentioned above). To meet the higher requirements of users and usage scenarios, the total blocking structure can adopt a composite blocking method, i.e.
Composed of two layers of shielding, consisting of metal strip wrapping + metal wire braiding.
Note: If the cable has a segmented shielding structure, the shields should have good insulation properties between them, and polyester tape or other non-absorbent packaging tape should be wrapped on the outer side of the segmented shielding.
Computer cables are suitable for power systems in industries such as electricity, metallurgy, petrochemicals, etc., primarily for automation control systems, computer distributed control systems, and automation.
Computer cables for control lines and instrumentation used in control systems.
