Miyano BNA42C5
BNA42C5: C5 type for lathe use, developed with the concept of "bar stock & chuck."
Although it's a simple structure with one spindle and one turret, by pairing it with a power chuck and an optional rear-type chip conveyor, it can be combined with a gantry-type robot to form an automated production line for chuck machines.
The new design aims to enhance rigidity while increasing weight; a mounting base for the truss-style manipulator is provided, ensuring sufficient insertion space for the main shaft upper arm, and an interface for the manipulator device is also reserved.
The chip conveyor can also meet rear discharge requirements in addition to the traditional side discharge. Equipped with a power tower, it is capable of high-rigidity milling.
