The SM8E series plastic encased circuit breakers are one of the new circuit breakers designed and developed by our company using advanced international technology.

This circuit breaker is rated for insulation voltage up to 1000V and is suitable for AC 50Hz/60Hz systems. It is designed for distribution lines with rated working voltage up to AC 690V and rated working current up to 800A. It is used for distributing electrical power and protecting the circuit and power supply equipment from damage caused by overloads, short circuits, under-voltage, and other faults. It also serves as a non-frequent start-up and overload, short circuit, and under-voltage protection for motors.
This circuit breaker features a compact size, high breaking capacity, short arc (or no arc), adjustable instantaneous, delay, and current, and can be installed vertically or horizontally, with isolation function.
Circuit breakers are available with accessories such as alarm contacts, auxiliary release, under-voltage release, auxiliary contacts, rotating handle operating mechanism, and electric operating mechanism, and can be wired in various ways including front, rear, and plug-in. The SM8E electronic residual current circuit breakers also come with a LCD screen that can directly display parameters such as voltage, current, and fault memory. This product complies with GB/T14048.2, IEC6047-2 standards, and has obtained the CCC certification.
Passed the acceptance and testing by Jiangsu Electric Power Research Institute under the State Grid Corporation of China.
