Structural Design: Utilizes a rational "sandwich" phase line tightly stacked structure design, which results in a more compact busbar groove with reduced volume and enhanced dynamic thermal stability of the busbar system.
Water Resistance: Made with high-performance insulating resin, it boasts excellent airtightness and watertightness, achieving a protection level of IP68. IP68 is a high-grade protection level that prevents dust from entering and ensures long-term reliable operation even under continuous immersion.
Fire-resistant properties: The insulating resin is an auto-extinguishing insulating material with a fire resistance rating of A and a fire classification of F120; it can operate in flames of 950-1000℃ for over 90 minutes without interrupting the circuit, and the insulating resin does not contain halogens, thus not releasing harmful gases at high temperatures.
Corrosion Resistance: The busbars of the metal enclosure cannot prevent corrosion from acid rain, corrosive gases produced by chemical plants, or corrosive liquids that may splash onto electrical products. This necessitates that the busbars possess corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin casting material used for casting the busbar槽 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting erosion from various chemicals.
Mechanical properties: Can withstand 6 joules of mechanical impact, ensuring safe use with excellent explosion-proof performance.
All-weather products: Operate without altitude limitations; can work continuously at temperatures as low as -40℃ without cracking of the insulating resin; suitable for long-term use in both indoor and outdoor environments with high pollution levels (Grade 4).
