The casting busbar trough is made of high-performance insulating resin and various inorganic minerals. The casting busbar trough is a new type of non-metallic busbar trough that directly casts and seals the busbars, achieving a protection grade of IP68 and featuring four protective functions: waterproof, fireproof, anti-corrosion, and explosion-proof.
Product Features:
Structure Design: Utilizes a rational "sandwich" phase line closely stacked structure design, with a compact busbar channel shape and smaller volume, enhancing the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system.
Water Resistance: Made with high-performance insulating resin, offering excellent airtightness and watertightness, with a protection rating of IP68. IP68 is a high-level protection rating, capable of preventing dust entry and ensuring reliable operation even under continuous immersion.
Fire resistance: The insulating resin is an auto-extinguishing insulating material with an A级 fire resistance and a F120 fire rating; it can operate in flames of 950-1000℃ for over 90 minutes without interrupting the circuit, and the insulating resin does not contain halogens, thus not releasing harmful gases at high temperatures.
Corrosion Resistance: The busway with a metal enclosure cannot resist acid rain corrosion, corrosive gases from chemical plants, or even corrosive liquids that may splash onto electrical products. This necessitates that the busbars possess corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin casting material used for casting the busway slots offers excellent corrosion resistance, effectively combating the侵蚀 of various chemicals.
Mechanical properties: Withstanding a mechanical impact of 6 joules, ensuring safe operation and excellent explosion-proof performance.
All-weather Products: The products can be used without altitude limitations; they can operate continuously at temperatures as low as -40℃ without cracking of the insulating resin; they are suitable for long-term use in both indoor and outdoor environments with high pollution levels (level 4).
