As the roller remains in contact with the non-metallic track below, it rotates in the same direction as its circular (horizontal) movement on the working surface, continuously rotating the material and moving it towards the discharge direction. When the material reaches a certain gap between the rollers, it falls into the appropriate grade range due to gravity, completing the diameter sorting of the material. Operators can also detect and remove unsuitable material during the movement of the material to ensure material quality.
