Fluorine-lined Pipe Chemical Properties: 1. Resistance to atmospheric aging: Excellent radiation resistance and low permeability. The surface and performance can remain stable when exposed to the atmosphere for a long time. 2. Non-flammability: Low oxygen index demonstrates good non-flammable characteristics. 3. Resistance to acidity and alkalinity: Good tolerance to strong acids, bases, and organic solvents. 4. Anti-oxidation: Capable of resisting corrosion from strong oxidizing agents. Steel-lined PTFE Pipe Working Characteristics: 1. Medium working pressure: Positive pressure up to 2.5MPa, can withstand negative pressure of 70KPa at room temperature. 2. Corrosion resistance: Steel PTFE composite pipes, except for lithium, potassium, sodium, chlorotrifluoroethylene, oxygen trifluoride at high temperatures, and liquid fluorine at high flow rates, have excellent corrosion resistance to most chemical media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia corrosion. They can operate continuously at temperatures between 230°C to 250°C. Steel PTFE copolymer or other composite pipes have good corrosion resistance to halogens, halogenated hydrocarbons, strong oxidizing agents, boiling acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents, but are not resistant to corrosive sulfuric acid, concentrated hot nitric acid, ketones, esters, amines above 90°C, and high-temperature sulfonating agents.
