　　Specific requirements for inspection reports

1.2.1 In addition to the requirements listed in the general report, when it is necessary to explain the test results, the test report should also include the following information:

a) Specific information regarding testing conditions, such as environmental conditions; b) Compliance statements with requirements or specifications, as applicable.

c) Where applicable, the measurement uncertainty with the same unit as the measured quantity or the relative form of the measurement uncertainty (e.g., as a percentage) shall be provided.

When measurement uncertainty is related to the validity or applicability of the test results: --At the customer's request;

- When assessing the conformity of measurement uncertainty to specification limits. d) Opinions and interpretations, as appropriate.

e) Specific methods, regulatory authorities, or any other information required by the customer.

1.2.2 If the laboratory is responsible for sampling activities, the test report should also meet the specific requirements for sampling reporting when it is necessary to explain the test results.

1.3 Specific Requirements for Calibration Certificates

1.3.1 In addition to the elements required by the general report, the calibration certificate should include the following information:

a) Measurement uncertainty in the same units as the measured quantity or in relative form to the measured quantity (e.g., as a percentage)

Note: According to ISO/IEC Guide 99, measurement results are typically expressed as a measured value, including the unit of measurement and the measurement uncertainty.

b) Conditions affecting the measurement results during calibration (such as environmental conditions); c) Statement on how the measurement is traceable to the unit of measurement.

d) Any results before and after any adjustments or repairs, if available; e) Compliance statements with the required or specified standards, when applicable; f) Opinions and interpretations, when appropriate.

1.3.2 If the laboratory is responsible for sampling activities, the calibration certificate should also meet the specific requirements for reported sampling when it is necessary to interpret calibration results.

1.3.3 Calibration certificates or calibration tags should not contain suggestions for calibration cycles, unless agreed upon with the customer.

1.4 Specific Sampling Requirements for the Report

If the laboratory is responsible for sampling activities, in addition to the requirements for elements specified in the general report, the report should also include the following information when it is necessary to interpret the results:

a) Sampling Date:

b) Physical identification of the item or substance (when appropriate, including the manufacturer's name, marked model or type, and serial number);

c) Sampling locations, including illustrations, sketches, or photographs: d) Sampling plan and method;

e) Detailed information on environmental conditions that may affect the interpretation of results during the sampling process; f) Information required to assess the uncertainty of subsequent testing or calibration measurements.
