Overview
The brush cleaning mechanism of the hand-cranked brush filter is composed of a stainless steel brush holder installed inside the filter mesh and a nylon brush. Outside the filter, there is a handle connected to the brush shaft. By turning the handle, impurities on the inner surface of the filter mesh can be brushed off and expelled through the drain valve, ensuring continuous flow throughout the cleaning process.

Installation and Usage
The hand-crank brush filter can be installed horizontally or vertically. During installation, ensure the arrow on the housing points in the direction of the water flow. When installed vertically, the water flow must be from top to bottom. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.04 PMa, open the drain valve and manually turn the handle clockwise to drain the water. Continue until the water quality becomes clear, then close the drain valve to complete the draining. The system can operate normally throughout the cleaning and draining process without requiring shutdown.
