PBT Single Section Planetary Gearbox with Angular Output
LiMing Reducer - PBT Single Stage Precision Planetary Reducer
Advantages of PBT Series Products
Silent operation: Utilizes high-precision helical gears for smooth and quiet operation
High Torque: Offers higher torque than standard spur gear planetary reducers.
Rate: Over 95%
Flexible Motor Connection: Unique motor connection plate modular design, suitable for servo motors of any brand with flange type.
High Stability: The connection between the input end and the motor employs a sleeve clamp-type locking mechanism, and has been subjected to dynamic balance analysis to ensure concentricity and balance at high input speeds, as well as zero back clearance for power transmission.
Easy maintenance: Utilizes high viscosity, non-separable lubricant, effectively preventing lubricant leakage. No need to replace lubricant within the product's lifespan, with more convenient installation.

Cautionary Notes:
The reducer must be securely mounted on the machine, ensuring no looseness or vibration occurs.
2. Before installing the reducer onto the machine, make sure to reconfirm that the direction of rotation of the reducer's output shaft is correct.
3. If the reducer has been stored for a period of time before use (4 to 6 months) and the oil seal has not been immersed in lubricating oil or adequate protective measures have not been taken, it is recommended to replace the oil seal as it may have become sticky on the shaft, and could even have lost its elasticity, rendering it unable to function properly.
4. Please avoid placing or installing the reducer in direct sunlight or under extreme harsh conditions. If possible, provide protective measures for the reducer to enhance its service life.
5. Ensure adequate airflow for the motor's cooling fan to prevent affecting its cooling efficiency.
6. The standard operating environment for the reducer is from -25° to 45°; please contact the original factory's technical staff if the temperature exceeds this range.
7. Various parts (such as pulleys, gears, couplings, shafts, etc.) must be mounted on solid or hollow shafts. Use matching threaded holes or other tools to ensure proper installation without damaging any parts of the bearing or the external end of the reducer, and lubricate the contact surfaces with oil to prevent seizing or oxidation.
8. Must gradually start up, do not immediately increase the load to high, increase it step by step.
9. If any parts, items, or materials adjacent to the reducer are at risk of damage due to leaking oil, special protection or shielding should be installed.
