Helical Gear Design and High Precision Gear Machining

The deceleration mechanism employs a helical gear design, featuring a tooth engagement rate over twice that of a standard spur gear. It boasts smooth operation, low noise, high output torque, and low backlash.

Material is made of Nickel-Molybdenum-Boron alloy steel (SNCM220), heat treated for carbonization to achieve hardness of 57-60HRC after machining, followed by gear face grinding to ensure accuracy within DIN 6 grade.
