What is the principle of the JMC flow controller?
The JMC flow controller consists of components such as flow sensors,分流 channel, flow regulating valves, and amplifying controllers. The gas flow sensor measures the mass flow of gases using the principle of capillary heat conduction and differential temperature calorimetry. The flow signal from the heated bridge of the sensor is sent to an amplifier for amplification. The amplified flow detection voltage is then compared to the set voltage, and the difference signal is amplified to control the regulating valve. This closed-loop control ensures the flow through the channel matches the set flow.
The diverter determines the flow rate of the main channel. The flow indicator, which is paired with a mass flow controller, is equipped with a stable power supply, a digital voltmeter, a set potentiometer, external and internal switch conversion, and a three-position valve control switch.
