Product Features:
Early strength, high strength: compressive strength of 30-50 MPa or more can be achieved within 1-3 days.
2. High self-leveling: Can fill all voids, meeting the requirements for secondary grouting of equipment.
3. Micro-expansive: Ensures tight contact between the equipment and the foundation, no shrinkage after secondary grouting. High bonding strength, with grip force on round steel not less than 6Mpa.
4. Suitable for winter construction: Outdoor work is permitted at temperatures as low as -10℃.
5. High Durability: This product is an inorganic binder material with a service life longer than that of the basic concrete. After over a million fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, there is no significant change in strength. After soaking in engine oil for 30 days, the strength increases notably.
Product Application:
1. Suitable for equipment foundation grouting, such as machine bases and anchor bolts.
2. Reinforcement, emergency repair, and strengthening of building beams, slabs, columns, foundations, pavements, and roads.
3. Offers anchoring for foot bolts and reinforcement bars, as well as structural strengthening.
Tunneling and underground construction joint grouting for reverse construction methods.
5. And secondary grouting for the fixed connection of steel structural components (rails, frames, columns, etc.) to foundations.
Recommended Dosage:
Based on a reference dosage calculation of 2.28 to 2.4 tons per cubic meter, calculate the actual usage.
It is precisely because the grouting material has a high strength, far exceeding the strength achievable with cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing that it is called high-strength, non-shrinkage grouting material!
Grouting materials such as CGM grouting, DGM, high-strength non-shrinkable grouting, etc., are all determined based on the standards of different architectural research institutes. They do not represent the quality of the products, and specific usage requires testing.
How to Construct:
Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and maintenance items, clear the grouting space, and pre-wet the concrete surface.
2. Set up formwork and seal the connections with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage or seepage.
3. Add water to the slurry at 12-15% of its weight and mix (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, manual mixing for over 5 minutes)
4. Pour the well-mixed grouting material into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently tap or vibrate the formwork as needed.
5. After completion of construction, immediately cover with a plastic film and then cover with straw mats or cotton blankets for 3-7 days of moist curing.
