Product Features:
Early strength, high strength: compressive strength of 30-50 MPa or more can be achieved within 1-3 days.
2. High self-leveling: Fills all voids completely, meets the requirements for secondary grouting of equipment.
3. Micro-expansion: Ensures tight contact between the equipment and foundation, no shrinkage after secondary grouting. High bonding strength, grip force with round steel not less than 6Mpa.
4. Suitable for winter construction: Outdoor work is permitted at temperatures as low as -10℃.
5. Durable: This product is an inorganic binder material with a service life longer than that of basic concrete. After millions of fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, there is no significant change in strength. The strength is notably improved after soaking in engine oil for 30 days.
Product Application:
1. Suitable for equipment foundation grouting, such as machine bases and anchor bolts.
2. Reinforcement, emergency repair, and strengthening of building beams, slabs, columns, foundations, floors, and roads.
3. Offers anchoring for foot bolts and reinforcement bars, as well as structural strengthening.
4. Grouting of construction joints in reverse excavation for tunnels and underground projects.
5. And secondary grouting for the fixed connections of steel structures (rails, frames, columns, etc.) to the foundation.
Recommended Dosage:
Based on a reference usage calculation of 2.28 to 2.4 tons per cubic meter, calculate the actual usage amount.
It's because the grouting material has a high strength, far exceeding the strength achievable with cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing, that it is called high-strength, non-shrink grouting material!
Grouting materials may not be as good as CGM grouting, DGM, high-strength shrinkage-free grouting, etc. These are determined based on the standards of different architectural research institutes, and do not represent the quality of the product. Specific usage requires testing.
How to Construct:
1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and maintenance materials. Clean the grouting area and pre-wet the concrete surface in advance.
2. Set up formwork and seal the joints with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage or浆leakage occurs.
3. Add water to the slurry at a rate of 12-15% of its weight and mix (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, manual mixing for over 5 minutes)
4. Pour the well-mixed grout into the grouting area from one direction. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently vibrate or tap the formwork as needed.
5. After completion of construction, immediately cover with plastic film and add straw curtains or cotton blankets for moist curing under shade for 3-7 days.
