Working Principle
Compressed air is cooled, filtered, and dried, then formed into a supersonic airflow by nozzles, shooting into the crushing chamber to fluidize the material. Accelerated material converges at the intersection of several nozzle jet streams, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing for ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is transported to the impeller classification zone by an ascending air stream. Under the force of the classification wheel's centrifugal force and the fan's suction, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber due to its own gravity for further crushing, while qualified fine powder is carried into the cyclone collector with the air stream. The ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
