Operating Principle
Compressed air is chilled, filtered, and dried before being directed through nozzles to form supersonic airflow into the crushing chamber. This fluidizes the material, causing accelerated particles to converge at the intersection of multiple jets, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing for ultra-fine particle reduction. The crushed material is then transported by an upward airflow to the classifier area, where centrifugal force from the classifier wheel and the fan's suction separate coarse and fine particles. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber due to gravity for further reduction, while the qualified fine particles are carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector. The ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by an induced draft fan.
