They are generally composed of components such as the cylinder flange, head cover, hook ring or clamp, seal ring, safety interlock mechanism, opening and closing mechanism, swing arm, and short section (if required).

Quick-opening blank flanges are a type of quick-opening cover for pressure vessels, widely used on equipment in the natural gas field that requires frequent opening and closing. Common quick-opening blank flanges are categorized into typical structures such as tooth-type, clamp-type, plug-type, locking ring-type, expanding ring-type, and fixed pressure ring-type, primarily operated manually.

Our quick-opening blind flange is designed according to ASME VIII Div.1, and has been analyzed for finite element stress and structure using ANSYS. All major pressure components are manufactured from integral forgings, utilizing low-alloy high-strength carbon steel.
