Quick-opening blank flanges are a type of quick-opening cover for pressure vessels, widely used on equipment in the natural gas field that requires frequent opening and closing. Common quick-opening blank flanges are categorized into typical structures such as spline-type, clamp-type, push-on type, locking ring type, expanding ring type, and fixed pressure ring type, mainly operated manually.

Our quick-opening blind flange is designed according to ASME VIII Div.1, and has been analyzed for finite element stress and structure using ANSYS. All main pressure components are machined from integral forgings, utilizing low-alloy high-strength carbon steel.
