Intelligent motor protectors are suitable for motors operating in systems with rated voltages up to AC 660V (default 380V), rated currents up to AC 800A, and rated frequencies of 50/60Hz. The product has a small size, compact structure, and easy installation, allowing direct use in low-voltage control terminal cabinets and various drawer cabinets with 1/4 modularity and above, enhancing the reliability and automation level of the control circuit. Control protection for motors above 800A can be achieved through the transition of a 5A dedicated current transformer.
Utilizes a split product structure, including the main unit (protection and measurement control function module) and transformer module. Equipped with optional function modules or accessories according to requirements, it forms an electric motor control and protection unit with contactors, motor starters, and other electrical components, featuring remote automatic control, on-site direct control, panel indication, signal alarm, and fieldbus communication. Suitable for industries such as coal mining, petrochemicals, smelting, electricity, shipping, and civil construction.
Product Features
Auxiliary Power Supply: AC/DC 85~270V
Measurement functions include (current, voltage, power, energy, zero sequence/leakage current).
A comprehensive motor protection function including quick disconnection, overload, overcurrent, underload, phase missing, imbalance, residual current (ground/leakage), non-electric quantity, start time too long, overvoltage, undervoltage, underpower, power failure restart, tE time, etc.
8-way DI Passive Dry Node Input
4-way DO output, catering to direct start, star-delta start, autotransformer reduction start, soft start, and various other starting methods; remote real-time control "start/stop" operations on the motor can be achieved via communication bus.
Vibration-resistant design ensures continuous motor operation; restart function is used for batch restart of the motor during short-term under-voltage or power failure.
Standard RS-485 communication interface, utilizing MODBUS-RTU protocol, ensures fast and reliable communication with the host computer.
Features a DC4-20mA analog output interface, directly connects with DCS systems, enabling monitoring of field equipment.
Equipped with a system clock and 50 event log capabilities, the system clock records the current time (year, month, day, hour, minute, second, millisecond); the fault log feature records the time and cause of the motor failure.
The display features a Chinese dot matrix LCD screen, with an intuitive interface.
Can replace various conventional components such as ammeters, signal lights, thermal relays, and current transmitters, reducing the amount of cable connections inside the cabinet and on-site construction. Offers superior reliability and overall cost-effectiveness compared to traditional solutions.
Widely applied in coal mines, petrochemicals, smelting, power generation, pump, fans, and construction industries.
