Low-voltage circuit protector
Intelligent low-voltage line protection devices are suitable for systems with rated voltages up to AC 660V (default 380V), rated currents up to AC 800A, and rated frequencies of 50/60Hz. They provide comprehensive intelligent protection for feed line terminals. They protect against faults such as short circuits, overcurrents, zero-sequence overcurrents, low voltage, and overvoltage during feed line operation. The protective device adopts a modular product structure, including the main unit (protection, measurement, and control function module), transformer modules, featuring complete electric quantity measurement functions. It also offers switch input monitoring, fault recording, analog signal transmission, and communication functions, allowing for easy connection to factory DCS systems for automated control. Control and protection for loads above 800A can be achieved through a 5A dedicated transformer.

8-way DI passive dry node input; utilizes an internal DC15V power supply for signal and power.
4-way DO output for circuit breaker protection, remote control, and alarm.
Standard RS-485 communication interface with Modbus-RTU protocol ensures fast and reliable communication with the host computer.
Features a DC4-20mA analog output interface, directly connectable to DCS systems, enabling on-site equipment monitoring.
Equipped with a system clock and 50 event logging capabilities, the system clock records the current time (year, month, day, hour, minute, second, millisecond); the fault logging function records the time and cause of system malfunctions.
The display is equipped with a Chinese dot matrix LCD screen, offering a user-friendly interface.
Can replace various conventional components such as voltmeters, signal lights, thermal relays, and current transmitters, reducing the amount of cable connections inside the cabinet and on-site construction. It offers higher reliability and overall cost-effectiveness compared to traditional solutions.
With integrated multiple protection features, the low-voltage line protector can quickly respond to various fault conditions, cut off the faulty circuit, prevent the fault from spreading and expanding, ensuring the stable operation of the electrical system.
