The entire machine integrates bottle washing, hot filling, and capping. Accompanying the hot filling is an automatic vacuum return system that suction all overflowed juice drinks into a return tank during the filling process. The juice drinks are then pumped back to the UHT ultra-high-temperature sterilizer at the front of the filling stage for a second sterilization before refilling. The fully enclosed liquid cylinder with hemispherical top and bottom caps ensures no blind spots during cleaning, equipped with a temperature sensor that can be set at any desired level, such as 85 degrees. Should a malfunction occur during the production process, causing the three-in-one juice filling machine to stop for a few minutes, the juice drink temperature inside the cylinder will drop below 85 degrees, at which point the filling machine halts operation. All juice drinks inside the cylinder are then suctioned into the return filling, sterilized again, and only then can the refilling process continue. This is referred to as hot filling of juice drinks. The machine itself does not have heating capabilities, but it can control the filling temperature of the material. At 85 degrees, the juice drinks do not breed bacteria, extending the shelf life of the finished product.

Through photoelectric detection, pure water is sprayed onto the bottle neck when a bottle passes by, cleaning off any juice residue left on the thread of the bottle neck to prevent bacterial growth. From a strict safety perspective, the sealed juice drinks also require bottle inversion sterilization and spray rinsing cooling, known as secondary sterilization. The bottle inversion primarily utilizes the temperature of the juice drink to sterilize the inside of the cap. The spray rinsing sterilization is also called pasteurization, followed by an immediate drop in temperature. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can affect the integrity of the juice's ingredients, impacting taste and color.
The bottle sterilization machine is driven by an electric motor, continuously operating via a conveyor chain. It features a bottle inversion chain system that rotates the bottled juice drinks 90 degrees. Sterilization of the bottle cap interior is achieved by relying on the temperature of the beverage inside the bottle. The bottles are not contaminated in any way. The main motor is controlled by a variable frequency inverter, ensuring more stable motor operation. The conveyor chain can achieve stepless speed adjustment, making it suitable for the operation and production of the entire juice beverage filling production line.

The fully automatic PE shrink wrapping machine is used to package bottled drinks that have been filled and sealed into packs of 12 bottles or 24 bottles. The outer packaging material is made of PE, which shrinks automatically upon preheating, tightly wrapping the neatly stacked bottles. After shaping, the sides form sleeve-like shapes for easy handling.
