This machine features a central drive suspension structure, eliminating the need for central support, thereby simplifying the civil structure. It is commonly used for pond diameters ranging from 3 to 16 meters. It boasts a large transmission moment, good stability, easy installation, and simple maintenance. It has a moment protection feature, ensuring reliable operation. It can further separate free water from the sludge mixture, reducing the sludge volume and improving the sludge concentration, which is beneficial for enhancing sedimentation efficiency.

Section 4: Structure and Working Principle

The central drive hanging concentrator is composed of a vertical reducer with an electric motor, a rotating bearing, a main shaft, scraper arms, scraper blades, concentrate grid bars, a flow stabilizing tube, a control cabinet, and more. The scraper arms rotate around the center shaft under the drive of the drive assembly, pushing the sludge deposited on the bottom of the pond by the scraper blades from the outside to the center of the sludge collection pit. During operation, if the scraper blades or arms are obstructed by foreign objects or there is an excessive accumulation of sludge, causing the transmission to overheat, the over-protection mechanism will activate, cutting off the power supply and automatically triggering an alarm to stop the machine.
