Utilizing the centerless grinding principle, the machine consists of two main components: the dressing and feed mechanisms. By adjusting the feed rate of the grinding head, it allows for either rough or fine grinding and polishing of workpieces. The spacing of the guide wheels can be adjusted to process workpieces of different sizes. The feed mechanism features a stepless speed variation, enabling the workpiece feed speed to be altered for optimal finishing. Various polishing tools, such as abrasive cloth disc wheels, sisal wheels, cloth wheels, and nylon wheels, can be flexibly selected according to the workpiece material and polishing requirements. The workpiece tray is made of wear-resistant material, requiring minimal adjustment. The tray adjustment process is simplified with the "one-way movement, two-way positioning" structure when changing workpiece specifications. The number of main spindle grinding heads can be specified according to the original surface condition of the workpiece and the required finish of the finished product at the time of ordering.
