1. This machine is an automatic intelligent linear filling machine, utilizing photoelectric sensors and electric air control. It features a full-color touch screen human-machine interface, where the entire filling process can be completed through the touch screen on the equipment, allowing for the setting of filling volume and the number of filling heads, and then automatic filling. The process is essentially one-touch operation.

1. Smart Operating System: Equipped with PLC software support, adjustment is done simply by setting the target quantity on the touch screen, and the equipment will automatically increase or decrease to reach the target. Color touch display, where all operations, monitoring, operation instructions, and other functions are completed.
2. Stable Filling and Refilling Function: Utilizes the principle of functional separation, where refilling does not occur during the filling process and vice versa, thereby overcoming the instability of floating ball tank filling with simultaneous refilling.
3. Automatic Cap Sealing Feature for Small Bottles: This machine, equipped with a sealing device, ensures a perfect fit between the bottle neck and the filling nozzle during the filling of small capacity containers (glass bottles, etc.).
