Pre-fabricated branch cables are a new generation of wire and cable products formed by pre-arranging several branch cables on the main cable through specialized equipment and production processes. They feature reliable power supply, easy installation with no maintenance required, low overall cost, and a visually appealing design. Jincheng Wire and Cable Co., Ltd.'s FD series pre-fabricated branch cables are mainly suitable for power supply trunk lines in mid-to-high-rise buildings with rated voltages of 0.6/1KV or less, serving as an alternative to the currently widely used enclosed busbars in our country. They can be widely used in distribution systems of factories, shopping malls, residential communities, office buildings, mines, and in lighting systems for bridges, tunnels, highways, and airports. This product uses VV or YJV type plastic insulated power cables as both the main cable and branch cables, with the structure predominantly featuring single-core single-branch configurations. Single-core multi-branch and multi-core multi-branch options are also available. Special pre-fabricated branch cable products with fire-retardant, flame-retardant, low-smoke low-halogen, and low-smoke halogen-free properties can also be produced upon customer demand.

3. The surface contact resistance of the pre-branch cable joint is less than 1.2 times the reference resistance of a branch cable of the same length.

5. Excellent airtightness and waterproof properties; the insulation resistance and withstand voltage under immersion in water meet requirements 1 and 2.
6. VVHigh operating temperature for Type Cable is 70°C, while for YJV Type Cable it is 90°C.
7. Excellent corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding the erosion from oil, acid, and organic solvents.
8. The main cable and branch cables meet the other performance requirements as specified in GB12706 standards.
