Explosion-proof duct-style electric heater product overview:
The explosion-proof duct electric heater is primarily used for air heating within ducts, available in three specifications: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. Their common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tubes to minimize vibration when the fan stops, and an over-temperature control device is installed in each junction box. The low-temperature model can be directly mounted on the duct, whereas the medium-temperature and high-temperature models, due to their differing structures, have 100mm thick insulating material between the duct exterior wall and the heater junction box. This not only reduces the overall heat loss of the duct but also decreases the temperature inside the junction cavity.
Explosion-proof duct-type electric heater product features:
1. The electric heating tube is wrapped with corrugated stainless steel tape, which increases the heat dissipation area and greatly enhances the heat exchange efficiency.
2. The heater is designed with reasonable structure, low air resistance, even heating, and no high or low temperature dead zones.
3. Double protection for enhanced safety. The heater is equipped with a temperature controller and a fuse, which can be used to control over-temperature of the air duct and to prevent operation without air flow.
Explosion-proof duct type electric heaters are applied for: heating air, used in drying/sulfurizing various materials, heat treatment, reheating, dehumidification, and other similar applications.
