Description

The normal speed self-check simulates the actual operation of firewater supply within a certain time frame. It tests the entire process of the fire pump starting and operating normally. Product Overview
The ISG fire pump type single-stage vertical pipeline centrifugal pump combines the performance parameters of the old centrifugal pump and SG pipeline pump, ingeniously designed based on the general vertical pipeline pump. It meets the standard requirements of the new national machinery department JB/T53058-93 and is designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard. This series boasts advantages such as energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. Depending on the different application temperatures and medium, the material and structural changes in the flow section are designed to include the IRG type hot water pump, IHG type stainless steel pipeline pump, and YG type explosion-proof pipeline centrifugal pump, all with the same performance parameters.
Usage
1. ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire protection pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC cooling and heating cycles, bathroom hot and cold water circulation boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature T < 80°C.
2. The IRG type hot water pipeline circulating pump is widely used for: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as for high-temperature hot water boosting and circulation for hotels and restaurants, and for circulating pumps in urban heating systems. The IRG type is suitable for temperatures T < 120°C, while the GRG type is suitable for temperatures T < 240°C.
3. IHG Vertical Chemical Centrifugal Pumps for transferring liquids without solid particles, corrosive, and with a viscosity similar to water. Suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, and synthetic fibers. Operating temperature range: -20℃ to 120℃.
4. YG type vertical pipeline centrifugal oil pump, suitable for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products; the temperature of the conveyed medium ranges from -20℃ to +120℃.
Work Conditions
1. Pipeline pump suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, meaning suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa; static pressure test pressure of the pump ≤ 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of the pump system exceeds 1.6 MPa, it should be mentioned separately at the time of ordering to ensure cast steel material is used for the overflow and connection parts during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size greater than 0.2mm. If the medium contains fine particles, please specify at the time of ordering to facilitate the use of wear-resistant mechanical seals.

4. Easy installation and maintenance without the need to dismantle the piping system. The pump's inlet and outlet have the same diameter, simplifying pipeline connections. 5. The pump can be operated in series or parallel configurations according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. The intake and exhaust outlets can be installed in several different directions—0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°—to accommodate various connection scenarios as needed.
7. Pump head can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages, combined with the adjustment of the impeller diameter, without altering the installation footprint.
The automatic start of the sprinkler pump is achieved by the glass spheres in the nozzle of the pipeline of each protection zone bursting under high temperature, which causes the pipeline water flow to start, thereby triggering the alarm valve pressure switch to activate, ultimately reaching the purpose of automatically starting the sprinkler pump. The water flow indicator联动 module or the alarm valve pressure switch wiring is connected to the control room, allowing the fire control room to accurately reflect its action signal. Additionally, the control room should be able to directly control the start and stop of the sprinkler pump.
