A sewage pump is a pump integrated with a motor that operates submerged in the liquid, as opposed to typical horizontal pumps or vertical sewage pumps.
WQ Type Submersible Non-Clogging Sewage Pump Application Conditions:
1. The medium temperature should not exceed 60°C, with a medium density of 11.3×10^3 kg/m^3, and a pH value between 5-9.
2. Pumps without an internal self-circulating cooling system must have no more than 1/2 of the motor exposed to the liquid surface.
3. This pump is primarily made of cast iron, thus it is not suitable for pumping highly corrosive liquids.
4. The volume ratio of solid phase in the conveying medium is below 2%.
Vertical Waste Pump
Wastewater pumps are categorized by their drainage methods, including self-priming wastewater pumps, submersible wastewater pumps, knife-edged wastewater pumps, and auto-foaming wastewater pumps. Vertical wastewater pumps feature a unique single or double-blade impeller structure, significantly enhancing the throughput of solids, allowing for the effective passage of fiber materials up to five times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter approximately 50% of the pump's diameter. These pumps can be either portable or fixed, and are suitable for agricultural irrigation, wastewater extraction and conveyance in industrial and commercial processes. Besides transporting wastewater, they are also used as drainage pumps, pulp pumps, and irrigation pumps. Applications include: industrial wastewater discharge, urban wastewater treatment plant discharge systems, drainage stations in subway tunnels, basements, and civil defense systems, hotel and high-rise building wastewater discharge, residential area wastewater drainage stations, municipal engineering, and construction site slurry discharge, waterworks supply systems, and wastewater discharge from farms and agricultural irrigation.
Sump submersible waste pumps should ideally be equipped with dual power sources.
9) When multiple products are available for selection, it is advisable to conduct a comprehensive comparison based on various aspects such as the main component material of the submersible sewage pump, processing accuracy, equipment appearance, essential functions of the flow components (large channels, anti-tangling, anti-blocking, etc.), additional features (long fiber cutting and tearing, automatic mixing to prevent sedimentation of pollutants, etc.), supplier's commitment to trouble-free usage duration, after-sales service, and pricing, and then select the best option.
10) The complete set of submersible sewage pump (including control cabinet, level switches, automatic coupling devices, etc.) should be supplied by the supplier; replacement parts should be provided on a random basis; optional items (such as pipeline valves, pipe fittings, etc.) can be purchased统一 with the main installation engineering's plumbing and heating equipment, or the pump supplier can be requested to purchase them on behalf.
