A fully-welded plate shell type heat exchanger is a new type of heat exchanger suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. The structure is simple, consisting of a shell, a group of heat exchange plates, inlet and outlet headers, flanges, a cover plate, and a support. It combines the advantages of both removable and tube-shell designs for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, offering higher temperature and pressure resistance compared to the fully-welded plate frame type, and can effectively replace tube-shell heat exchangers.
