Based on the original semi-welded heat exchangers, it completely eliminates gaskets, making it suitable for medium pressure and medium temperature applications.

It retains the full counter-current heat exchange characteristics of the removable heat exchanger, which is 3-5 times more efficient than the traditional tube-and-shell heat exchanger. Full-welded heat exchanger working principle:

Full-welded heat exchangers belong to the shell-and-tube type, where the structure consists of adjacent plates that are welded together to form two flow channels. Two different temperature media flow through the channels on opposite sides of the same plate. Each medium channel is controlled by a partition plate to regulate the flow area and length. This allows the high-temperature fluid to transfer heat through the plates to the low-temperature fluid, achieving the heat exchange purpose.
