The full-welded plate and frame heat exchangers manufactured by Jiangsu Haote Heat Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd. are a new type of heat exchanger that combines the advantages of removable plate heat exchangers with the弥补 the shortcomings of tubular heat exchangers. Based on the original semi-welded heat exchangers, it completely eliminates gaskets, making it suitable for medium pressure and medium temperature applications.
It retains the full counter-current heat exchange characteristics of the removable heat exchanger, which is 3-5 times more efficient than the traditional tube-and-shell heat exchanger. Depending on the specific requirements of the application, the plate-and-frame heat exchanger is available in three types: non-detachable, single-side removable, and double-side removable.

Full-welded heat exchanger working principle:
Full-welded heat exchangers belong to the shell-and-tube type, where the structure consists of adjacent plates that are welded together to form two flow channels. Two different temperature media flow through the channels on opposite sides of the same plate. Each medium channel is controlled by a partition plate to regulate the flow area and length. This allows the high-temperature fluid to transfer heat through the plates to the low-temperature fluid, achieving the heat exchange purpose.
