Operation Instructions for Fully Automatic Knife Sharpener
Before operation, be sure to read the manual carefully to prevent operation errors and accidental injuries.
Check if the three-phase four-wire electricity is normal, and whether the direction of the grinding head and abrasive wheel aligns with the direction indicated by the stroke button.
Three, during operation, the track must be continuously lubricated with oil to prevent wear caused by oil deficiency.
Four, if there is a left-right error during knife calibration, it can be adjusted by turning the adjustment screws on the knife holder.
Five, during sharpening, pay attention to not cutting too deeply. Generally, control the cutting depth between 0.01-0.02mm to prevent excessive cutting depth from causing blade sticking and excessive heat, which may deform the blade and result in the edge of the blade not being on a straight line.
