Legal Requirements:"Measurement Act" Specifically definedA product quality inspection institution providing authenticated data for the society must pass the examination of its metrological verification and testing capabilities and reliability by the provincial or above metrological administrative department in charge.。《Regulations for the Implementation of the Metrology Law of the People's Republic of China》Article 32 Product quality inspection institutions providing notarized data for the society must undergo laboratory qualification recognition by provincial or higher metrological administrative departments. Article 35 State-level and above metrology administrative departments have the authority to supervise and inspect the product quality inspection institutions that have been qualified for laboratory accreditation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 33 of these regulations. Article 36 A quality inspection institution that has obtained a laboratory qualification certification shall apply for individual laboratory qualification certification in accordance with the relevant provisions of these regulations when adding new inspection items.Data issued without laboratory accreditation is not legally valid.
