The equipment is primarily used for pressurized water supply in residential systems and can also be employed as a constant pressure water supply unit in systems such as production and air conditioning.
Working Principle
The YDWG series of pressure-free water supply equipment utilizes variable frequency speed regulation technology and programmable control technology, developing a new type of water supply equipment with innovative water supply and drainage professional new processes. By utilizing intelligent control technology and combining with our independently developed intelligent variable frequency constant pressure water supply controller, it automatically adjusts the stable operation of the equipment through comprehensive analysis and calculation of the incoming water pressure, outgoing water pressure, and set pressure. The working process is roughly as follows:
1) Upon connecting to the municipal water supply, the pump unit operates the main pump at variable speed to maintain water supply. When the system demand increases, it automatically boosts the pump speed and flow rate, sequentially engaging additional pumps as needed to maintain pressure. Conversely, when demand decreases, it sequentially shuts down the current constant-speed pumps, relying solely on a single variable-speed pump to sustain the water supply pressure.
2) When the system is not in use, the equipment automatically enters a sleep energy-saving mode. When the water usage increases and the water pressure falls below the set wake-up pressure, the equipment automatically resumes operation.
3) In case of excessive water usage, the device will automatically shut down and alarm when the incoming water (municipal water supply network) pressure is detected to be below the set lower limit pressure, to protect the municipal water network. The equipment will resume normal operation automatically once the municipal water supply network pressure recovers.

2) Features automatic protection against overpressure, under-voltage, overcurrent, phase loss, overload, and short circuit. The equipment is equipped with reliable grounding protection. For recoverable faults, it can be automatically or manually reset to resume normal operation after recovery.
3) Replacing traditional water supply methods, energy-saving, with an electricity reduction of about 23-55%. The entire equipment occupies a small area, is factory-assembled, and is quick to install and easy to operate and maintain.
4) The equipment features a low-flow pressure maintenance function, providing a small flow of water supply during the pump's sleep mode; effectively resolves the frequent start and stop of the system in the face of fluctuating water pressure, ensuring stable and smooth operation. It is equipped with an automatic rotation operation function, which extends the equipment's lifespan.
5) The equipment features dual over-pressure protection. In the event of the outlet pressure exceeding the set high-pressure value, the device will automatically reduce the pump speed or shut down for protection based on its operating conditions. It will resume operation automatically once the pressure returns to normal. Both the outlet pressure sensor and over-pressure protection device offer dual protection. If the pressure sensor fails, the over-pressure protection device will initiate an emergency shutdown for protection.
6) The equipment features human-machine interaction, displaying operating frequency, set and actual water supply pressure values, pump operating status, and equipment faults on the operation screen. Adjustable parameters can be conveniently set.
