Carbonated Beverage Sampler is designed for sampling high-temperature liquids and gases, featuring a spiral tube (also known as a serpentine coil) surface cooling structure for the sampling cooler. The sampling tubes are all made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which prevents contamination of the collected sample by metallic corrosion from the tubes. This product boasts advantages such as a compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, easy cleaning, and a long service life.
Carbonated water sampler is mainly used in boiler and thermal systems of power plants for boiler water samplers, feed water samplers, superheated steam samplers, deaerator water samplers, condensate samplers, and drain samplers, etc. According to the distribution and concentration of sampling points, our company offers both single-unit sampler coolers and multi-functional sampler coolers (also known as: combined sampler coolers), which can simultaneously sample steam, boiler water, feed water, and deaerator outlet water.

Carbonated water coolers are used for cooling water samples in boiler rooms or power plants for chemical testing. The water in boilers and thermal systems is usually at a high temperature, which is not convenient for sampling or measurement. In the sampling process, cooling is necessary, so the samples at the sampling point should be introduced into the sampling cooler for cooling. Generally, it is required to ensure that the sample can be cooled to below 30-40 degrees Celsius when the flow rate is maintained at 500-700 mL/min, meeting the standard of DL/T 457—91 of the People's Republic of China's power industry.
All sampling tubes are made of stainless steel; carbon steel or brass tubes cannot be used to prevent contamination of the sample with metal corrosion products during the sampling process.
Sample coolers are suitable for extracting samples from liquids and gases at high temperatures, featuring compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency, easy cleaning, and long service life.
Sampling Cooler Specifications and Model

Sampling Cooler Order Instructions
Sampler tube is made of stainless steel, shell is carbon steel.
2: Sampling cooling tubes are typically selected in diameters of 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18mm (custom sizes available upon request). Interface options include welding and flange, with the cooling water connection being DN25, external thread.
3: Common selection typically includes:
4: Do you require a combination set (i.e., do you need brackets, sinks, valves, etc.).

Sample Cooler Types
Boiler Water Sampling
Boiler water samples are typically taken from the continuous blowdown pipe of the steam drum and then transferred to a cooler. The sampling point should be as close as possible to the outlet of the steam drum from the blowdown pipe, and ideally placed before the first blowdown valve after the steam drum is removed.
2. Water sampling
The sampling point for feedwater is typically located on the high-pressure feedwater pipeline, after the feedwater pump and before the economizer. A small pipeline should be connected to the vertical section of the feedwater pipe, and the feedwater sample is then piped to the sampling cooler.
3. Condensate Sampling
The sampling points for condensate are typically located on the condensate pipe at the outlet of the condensate pump, rather than at the inlet, as the pressure at the pump inlet is lower than atmospheric pressure.
4. Hydrophobic Sampling
Water sampling for hydrophobic substances is typically conducted in the hydrophobic tank. The sampling point is usually positioned approximately 300mm above the bottom of the hydrophobic tank.
5 Pass the steam sample through the sampling cooler to condense it into water. The steam flow rate in the steam sampler is generally 20-30 kg/h.
The requirements for the sample extraction conduit and cooler are the same as those for water sampling.
