Parameters to be Provided by Users & Cautionary Notes

Dimensions, ground to platform height; provide equipment drawings if possible.
2) Type of vessel: atmospheric reactor, vacuum reactor, or high-pressure reactor?
3) Reactor (Vessel) Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, enamel, composite panels, glass.
4) Please specify if the distillation column is for continuous or intermittent use, and if the process is carried out under reduced pressure.
5) Material usage temperature, initial temperature at feeding;
6) Specific heat capacity, latent heat of vaporization, latent heat of fusion, or the total absorption capacity of the material provided;
7) Specify the heating time for materials, the required constant temperature duration, and indicate if cooling is needed.
8) Original heating method and temperature range for reference by manufacturers.
9) Material weight, batching coefficient, and level height changes. Please specify if it is a single batch feed or a batched feed.
10) Material Characteristics: Primarily refers to whether it is flammable or explosive, the material's viscosity, and if the reaction is exothermic.
11) For processes involving liquid or gaseous flow, please provide the temperature difference between import and export, flow rate, velocity, mass, medium name, pressure, specific heat capacity, and heat transfer area.
Provide the maximum heat absorption required per hour.
12) If users wish to modify existing equipment, such as reactors which are pressure vessels, it is mandatory to have them inspected and approved by the local safety inspection department before use.
For the retrofit of the old reactor, please provide the space dimensions of the original installation platform's "#"槽 and the height from the ground.
