The NCB series high viscosity rotor pumps are a new type of volumetric pump developed to meet the needs of industries such as petrochemicals, coatings, oils, dyes, food, and more. Due to their ability to be made from various materials and their unique structure, these pumps are widely used for the conveyance of media of different properties and viscosities.
Overview of NCB Series High Viscosity Rotor Pumps:
The NCB series standard (stainless steel) annular high viscosity positive displacement pumps are newly developed volumetric pumps tailored to the needs of industries such as petrochemicals, coatings, lubricants, dyes, food, etc. Due to their ability to be made from various materials and their unique design, these pumps are widely used for the transportation of media of different properties and viscosities.
Applicable medium temperature: -10℃ to 200℃ (NYPO.78 and NYP2.3 applicable temperature range: -10℃ to 80℃).
Applicable medium viscosity: 1.0 cSt - 300,000 cSt (for NYPO 78 and NYP 2.3, the applicable viscosity range is 1.0 cSt - 10,000 cSt).
Advantages of NCB Series Internal Ring High Viscosity Rotor Pumps
(1) Smooth liquid transportation without pulsation, low vibration, and minimal noise.
(2) Strong self-priming capability.
(3) Properly selected component materials can convey various corrosive mediums, with operating temperatures up to 200°C.
(4) Same direction of rotation for both inner and outer rotors, with minimal wear and extended service life.
(5) The rotational speed of the centrifugal pump is linearly related to the flow rate, allowing for the adjustment of the speed to modify the pump's flow.
(6) Particularly suitable for conveying high viscosity mediums.
