Insulation performance
Thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.028 W/mK, significantly lower than that of other insulating materials (materials with a thermal conductivity of less than 0.25 W/mK are typically considered as insulating materials in engineering), thus offering high thermal resistance and low linear expansion rates. Widely used in roof insulation and heat preservation systems, cold storage, and thermal insulation for both interior and exterior walls.

As a comprehensive thermal insulation material, water absorption rate is a crucial technical indicator. High water absorption can lead to a decrease in insulating performance. Extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards feature a complete closed-cell structure with no gaps on either side of the board, preventing moisture from seeping in during situations like leaks, condensation, and freezing/thawing cycles. This effectively blocks the entry of water molecules, thereby preventing the board from aging. Over time, the insulating layer may lose its effectiveness, necessitating repairs to the thermal structure. The closed-cell structure of XPS boards effectively blocks the penetration of water molecules (including vapor), even if mechanically damaged during installation. The tight honeycomb structure of XPS boards maintains low water absorption, thanks to their hydrophobic nature, making aging nearly impossible and ensuring a lifespan nearly as long as the building itself.
Insulation performance
Low thermal conductivity is a necessary condition for all insulation materials. XPS boards are made from polystyrene (PS), which is well-known as an insulation material. Moreover, being produced by extrusion, the tightly closed cell honeycomb structure of XPS boards effectively prevents heat conduction.

XPS extruded board is a lightweight, high-strength panel with a compressive strength exceeding 350KPa, even when the density does not exceed 40kg per cubic meter. Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on truck transportation. Freight for the products is collect or pick-up at your convenience. Please inform us in advance if you require us to handle the shipping arrangements.
2. Delivery requires the recipient's valid identification. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Customers are requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, verifying the quantity and quality of the items. In case of any product issues, please contact us promptly. 3. Once received, any claims for discrepancies in quantity or human damage without providing broken image within 48 hours will not be entertained. 4. Freight to collect; logistics delivery is only to the local collection point. The additional shipping fee from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately.
