Rockwool boards, also known as thermal insulation and decorative boards, are inorganic fiber boards made primarily from basalt through high-temperature melting and processing. They are a new type of thermal insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing material.

Application
Insulation for walls, roofs, doors, and floors, with wall insulation being the primary focus.
Fire-resistant
Exterior rock wool board raw materials are made from natural volcanic rock, an incombustible building material and fire-resistant material.
Primary fire-resistant features:
Features a high fire rating of A1, effectively preventing the spread of fire.
Size is extremely stable; it will not elongate, contract, or deform in a fire.
High-temperature resistant, melting point above 1000°C.
No smoke or burning droplets/particles produced in fire.
No harmful environmental substances or gases are released in the event of a fire.
2. Insulation and thermal protection
The exterior rock wool board features fine, long, and flexible fibers with low slag content. Consequently, it has a low thermal conductivity and provides good thermal insulation effects.
3. Noise-absorbing and sound reduction
Rock wool is an ideal soundproofing material; its large number of fine, elongated fibers form a porous interconnected structure, determining that Sikada rock wool is an excellent sound absorption and noise reduction material.
Water-repellent: The water-repellent rock wool products have a high water-repellent rate and low water absorption, with no capillary penetration.
Moisture Resistance: Rock wool has a moisture absorption rate of less than 0.2% by volume in environments with high relative humidity, and less than 0.3% by weight, as tested according to ASTM C1104 or ASTM 1104M methods.
4. Non-corrosive
Rock wool has stable chemical properties with a pH value of 7-8, neutral to slightly alkaline, and does not corrode carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal materials.
5. Safety and Environmental Protection
Rock wool is tested to be free of asbestos and harmful substances to the environment such as CFCs, HFCs, and HCFCs. It is not subject to corrosion, mold, or bacterial growth.

3. If the customer receives materials with quality issues, we will provide a solution within 2 hours and resolve the corresponding problem within 24 hours.
Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on auto transportation. Shipping fees are collect or self-collection. If you require us to handle it, please inform us in advance.
2. Pick-up requires valid identification from the recipient. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Please inspect the quantity and quality of the goods upon pick-up. If there are any product issues, please contact us promptly. We add insurance for菠萝格 shipments. After the logistics company returns the goods, we will reship them.
3. Once received, any claims for discrepancies in quantity or damage due to handling must be made within 48 hours without the broken picture, as we will not be responsible. We kindly ask for your understanding, as the product is a bulky item. Please inspect the goods carefully upon receipt.
4. Freight collect; logistics delivery only to the local collection point. The additional cost from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Note that logistics does not handle moving; you may negotiate moving services with the logistics company. If the goods are signed for by friends, family, guards, or the reception, it is considered that you have accepted the received items and verified them to be correct.
