Working Principle
Vacuum drying refers to the process of drying materials under vacuum conditions while heating. If a vacuum pump is used to extract moisture, it accelerates the process.

Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser. If the solvent is water, a condenser is not necessary, thereby saving on energy investment.
Performance Features
The boiling point of the material solution is reduced under vacuum, which increases the driving force for heat transfer in the evaporator. Consequently, for a given amount of heat transfer, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved.
The heat source for the evaporation process can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.

Suitable Material
Low-temperature drying suitable for thermosensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, aggregation, and deterioration at high temperatures; widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, and electronics.

Order Instructions
When placing an order, please select an appropriate vacuum dryer based on factors such as the initial moisture content, final moisture content, temperature, vacuum degree, drying quantity, and drying time of the dry material. Within the same model of vacuum dryer, there are four heating methods: steam, hot water, conductive oil, and electric heating. For example, to increase the drying quantity, you can appropriately increase the number of oven shelves. Please promptly inform our factory.
Our factory can provide and install accessories for the vacuum drying system mentioned in the instruction manual. Please specify at the time of ordering.
