The conical screw vacuum mixer/dryer is a multifunctional unit that integrates mixing, drying, and distillation. Featuring a fully enclosed GMP clean design, it boasts a drying efficiency 3-5 times that of its equivalent size (double cone rotary vacuum dryer), with a loading capacity reaching up to 80% of the cone volume, resulting in a relative efficiency improvement of 6-10 times. The spiral screw mixer ensures a spiral circulation of the material from bottom to top, achieving effective heat transfer. Operating at a filling rate of 30%-80%, it offers satisfactory utilization efficiency of the heating area. It is an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and clean new drying equipment.

V. High Mixed Precision
Achieve high mixing accuracy. Even when mixing materials of different densities and particle shapes within the same batch, the conical mixer can achieve the desired mixing precision. Under stringent conditions such as adding a small amount of material to a large volume, mixing can also be performed in the cone screw vacuum mixing/drying machine for strength drying.
