A sawdust dryer is a device that continuously adds wet, powdered sawdust into a drying tube using a screw conveyor for drying.

Product Performance Features

Chipping dryer: Comprising a hot air furnace, feed inlet, rotating drum, filter tube, material conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharge outlet; the rotating drum is located on the active roller, which is driven by an electric motor and a reducer to rotate the drum at a low speed. A feed inlet is set between the heating furnace and the rotating drum, and a stirring blade is installed inside the rotating drum. A baffle with a small hole is provided at the connection point between the rotating drum and the filter tube. One end of the filter tube is connected to the rotating drum, and the other end to the material conveying pipe. A baffle is also installed inside the filter tube, and a slag discharge hole is located at the bottom of the filter tube. One end of the cooling drum is connected to the material conveying pipe via a blower, and the other end to the discharge outlet. Due to this structure, the chippings are dried thoroughly inside the rotating drum and are fully scattered before entering the material conveying pipe, facilitating quick evaporation of moisture. The baffles prevent impurities from passing through, ensuring the quality of chippings entering the material conveying pipe. The chippings are dried inside the dryer by the combined action of the blowing pipe and the rotating drum body, where they are沸腾流化, allowing hot air and material to interact fully, completing the drying process.
