Product Working Principle
1. The rotary cooling method employs counter-flow of cold air, utilizing a blower to draw cold air into the equipment from the rear end, where it contacts the material in the opposite direction for forced cooling, rapidly lowering the material's temperature. This equipment features an innovative scraping blade structure, altering the traditional cooling machine scraping blade structure that is not suitable for cooling bulk materials. Consequently, it boasts features such as reasonable design, excellent cooling effect, stable operation, high yield, and simple operation, making it an ideal cooling device for compound fertilizer production.
2. Operation Principle of the Cooling Machine:
After the material is added to the cooler, under the action of the scraper blades inside the cylinder, the material is evenly distributed and dispersed within the cooler, and it comes into full contact with the flowing (counter-flowing) cool air, thereby accelerating the cooling rate. During the cooling process, the material, under the influence of the inclined scraper blades and the cool airflow, can be controlled to move to the other end of the cooler where it is discharged through the star-shaped discharge valve as finished product.

The rotary cooler is composed of parts such as the cylinder assembly, transmission assembly, and support wheel assembly.
The cylinder is a rotating cylinder. Both the front and rear sections of the cylinder are supported by a roller (belt) mounted on a support wheel assembly. The cooling machine support assembly consists of two pairs of support wheels, which serve dual functions as both supports and guides. The structure is innovative.
